It's been some years since the launch of the Biodrier 3D Smart Dry, we collated our questions of the time to Mike Hentschel (the sales manager from Biodrier) with a few more, specifically about the new dryer:

Q:The new Smart Dry hand dryer looks pretty good - what are its best features?

A:I must say that the Smart Dry is one of the most exciting extensions to the range so far, this is a real winner for situations where you need all the benefits of an energy-efficient hand dryer, hygiene and durability:

Key features and benefits  are:

• The brushless motor, which should mean the motor never fails and has no reason to shut down.
• When the ambient temperature is 20°, the dryer uses just 500 watts, so it is one of the lowest wattages on the market.
• An intelligent heat element that adjusts itself depends on the external temperature, i.e. at room temperature 20° it will only be 500 watts.  We often get asked about the heating element blowing cold air as this is not preferred by users as it reduces
